KC's Glassworks

I have been an artist for over 40 years.  Thirty-five of those years were spent as an art teacher in Fulton County Schools.  I have lived in the Roswell, Georgia for most of my life.

My favorite medium to create art with these days is glass.  I use the technique of fusing glass to combine several separate pieces of glass into one. As a glass artist, I use a variety of methods and temperatures to create various combinations of color, texture, and style.
I take pride in creating functional art pieces that will be cherished for years to come.

While I learned the glass fusing technique years ago, it wasn't until I traveled to Mesa, Arizona after my retirement and personally studied with Troy Moody that I totally embraced this art form as my calling.

In addition to working at my home studio, I also enjoy designing fused glass at the Roswell Visual Arts Center as well as collaborating with glass artists across the country.

(In the photo, I am the one in the blue shirt, surrounded by my supportive family.)
